The fine print
Refund Policy
Last updated · June 20, 2026
Opsis has a Free plan (free forever) and paid plans (Pro and Team) that each start with a 3-day free trial. This policy explains how the trial, cancellation and refunds work. Checkout, invoices and refunds are handled by our merchant of record.
1. Free plan & 3-day free trial
The Free plan never charges you. Paid plans begin with a 3-day free trial: you enter a card at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be billed a cent — manage everything from Account → Plan → Manage subscription. See the Pricing page and section 5 of our Terms of Service.
2. How billing works
Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions, per workspace, in USD. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
For your first payment on any paid plan, if Opsis isn't right for you, email admin@heyopsis.com within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. No fine print and no questions about why.
4. Renewals and cancellations
- You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees.
- After the 14-day window, we do not automatically refund partial subscription periods. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of that renewal and we will make it right — we would rather you stay because Opsis is worth it than because of a charge you forgot about.
5. Annual plans
Annual plans get the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the first charge. After that window, the remaining months of an annual term are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise (see section 8).
6. Enterprise and custom agreements
Enterprise and other custom plans are governed by the order form or agreement we sign with you. Where that document sets out its own refund or cancellation terms, those terms take precedence over this page.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We refund in the same currency you were charged.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you more than this page does, they apply.
9. Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, email us first — we respond quickly, and a refund is usually faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your workspace being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
